In no way do we guarantee delivery timelines or that you will get your product by any specific date.

Please note that for precaution & security, we always ship with delivery signature required. This means you'll need to use an address where someone can be present to sign for the package. You need to let us know if you need us to ship with no signature required, and you need to accept the risks associated with that.

Please note that not all shipping options (example: some Small Packet options) come with tracking info.

Please note that orders placed on the Yeti SnowMX website, ship from British Columbia Canada. We cannot be held responsible for any import taxes, duties, brokerage charges, or any other fees that occur upon the import of the package into your country/province. 

Please note that we reserve the right to ship your order by a different carrier or method than the one you choose at checkout. Depending on the region, we shop for the best rates and might use UPS, Purolator, FedEx, Canpar, Canada Post, or DHL in an effort to provide the best and quickest service possible based on the amount you paid at checkout. If it is mandatory that your order ships by a specific carrier, you need to confirm with us prior to placing your order.

We cannot guarantee that your package will not be lost in transit.
